@TAB very likely cellulitis. Not to mention Toxoplasmosis.
✅ Carpet - dust mites, carpet beetle larvae eat animal hair.
✅ Carpet Padding - Black mold spores
Bacteria E. coli or Salmonella cause respiratory problems.

@Shaz51, I have never encountered an eastern tube nose bat before, I have now learnt something new and will probably proceed to read about them now 😊 Looks so beautiful and distinctive. Thanks for sharing something new with me!!!
Where I grew up, my parents have a massive backyard with lots of fruit trees, so I've only ever seen the grey headed flying foxes

@TAB my Bestie in QLD, had to have surgery because she put herself in the middle of a dog fight - her own dogs.
Bite on her calf got infected because of the dog saliva.
After the surgery and 3 weeks wearing a Pressure sleeve with a drain, her calf looked like a loaf of Sourdough bread. :nauseated_face:
