@Glisten poor George, having to carry around that excess hair! We'll have you hiring your services out soon. You shall be in demand across the country and @PeppyPatti and I will sit back reminiscing and saying "we knew her when..."
There's this bright light radiating outside my window I'm unsure what it is - alien invasion, Mr MM's one brain cell sparking (Legend has it that all gingers share a single brain cell, it must be MM's turn today), the Rapture....oh wait, it's the SUN! I haven't seen it lately, I'd forgotten what it looked like 😁

@Emelia8 it's definitely not easy but it's so worth it. Casper is only 14 weeks ok so at the moment we are mostly on the basics which he really has mastered most things and he isn't old enough to be in the program yet but I've already been teaching him things and he is very clever.

Yes 14 weeks is a little too young yet then @Dreamy . Hannah is now 19 months old. They don't accept them into the AD program until they are at least 6 months old. So young Casper has a bit of growing up to do yet. But it's never too early to start training 😄🐕💗

@ENKELI I must agree with you. The lack of long days of sunshine has had a detrimental effect on my fitness levels, mental health and mood.
My daughter said that whites of my eyes look yellow. Well, I’m not drinking 4 litres of water every day, says I.
I know it sounds disturbing but I miss being drenched in sweat and the dopamine rush of manual labour.
I don’t miss the Easterly wind 💨 that sucks.

Thank you @ENKELI. I might need to look into one. I could use it on my days off.

@Glisten my light therapy lamp that someone on Sane suggested has been useful for me. I got it from Amazon at a decent price. It might be psychosomatic but either way if it works I'm good.
I understand the sweat of a hard worked day. The satisfaction of knowing the day is done and you've put in an effort, nothing like it.
I don't like when it rains because I can't water my plants.
