@PeppyPatti I'm surprised you were able to mention the suburb. Every time I mention the Swan Valley I get my post edited or deleted.

I confess, the last time I watched Home & Away was back in 2008 when I moved to Broome and there was nothing else on to watch! Good old Irene, she really was the back bone of the Bay!

Been a quiet one here for me. I've been wandering about the mansion, trying to find a book to read. It took a whole minute to walk from the living room to the lounge room bookcase. And I didn't find a book I wanted to read. The weather lends itself to being snuggled up with a good book.

busy day @Bill16  ? I got went to shop, tidied up a bit, chucked silverside on, split 4 bags wood and took inside. got a call about trainer job applied for few days ago.

Sounds hopeful. they were just sussing me out on phone re accom  and where I lived cos job in Adelaide.  they reckon could do 2-3 days a week, that would work. if friend still down south, could commute to Goolwa, they reckon got a postion there.friend has sold their house and are renting it back till they find another one
