do me good. The walk back up to my place will be challenging. But I feel I need to get out of the house for a little while. Haven’t heard from psych so assume no appt tomorrow. She said she would call this week but maybe she’d off sick.

@TAB Yes [edited by moderator] there are a lot of concerns about community safety at the moment. Jacinta Allen did do a machete kn!fe amnesty but it was a waste of time. They had to put PPO's on just about every shopping center and nowhere to be seen at train stations. She could have put PPO's on public transport. I've been thinking about [edited by moderator] ways to keep myself safe in public, I knew someone in preparedness who had one for years and keeps it ready for when he goes to public places. He also has a military attack dog and he is trained in jujitsu.
