Don't buy the other brands I was told you are throwing your money down the drain as they don't deliver tangible results. The healer I heard this from had no financial interest in the brand. He said they are adjusting formulas all the time to maximise profits. Spoke to someone else at a healthfood store about an elderberry brand that they had ethical concerns over. They did not say much but people in the industry seem to know. Another good brand for Milk Thistle is Vimergy. It costs more and the company says it does not operate at much of a profit as they want people to heal @TAB so they have been consistently loyal to their customers in the past
