@Former-Member Black Dog Institute is also doing a survey on mental health responses during covid-19. At the end of it is this list of resources :-
· The Black Dog Institute provides free online mental health programs (myCompass) and screening tools to direct you to helpful resources (https://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/)
· The Centre for Clinical Interventions provides self-help resources for a range of problems ranging from worry to low mood (cci.health.wa.gov.au)
· This Way Up provides free and low-cost online cognitive behavioural therapy programs for anxiety and depression, and stress management (www.thiswayup.org.au)
· Beyond Blue provides free information and resources related to mental health (https://www.beyondblue.org.au/)
