@happy222 how long has recovery been for you so far? I’m 2 weeks into nervous breakdown healing. New meds and relearning new behaviors.

@happy222 i hear you. I'm sorry it's so hard for you at the moment and that things are so on and off and I can definitely relate. Are medications something you are looking into? Have you got any supports around you, friends, family, professionals?

@happy222 i hear you, depression is something that requires support in order to be managed. Whether that be by medications, professional supports, therapy or other alternatives. There's many different ways and everyone is different in what their needs are.
