Mr Darcy finding it all a struggle. Lots of anxiety and night time crying, he is ready to go into hiding as it appears it is likely he might lose his hair, he has not felt treatment so far has afforded him any quality of life.  I do not know how long he will mentally be able to cope with treatment.

I still believe we can and should live as well as possible for whatever time we have left together.
