Hi I need some support, white some time I had a head annulus to c4 complete snap since then my life has been completely non exist ent I'm really struggling

that sounds awful. i dont know much about spinal injuries at all. I'm glad you've found the forums, its a good space for being able to support and be supported. how are you now?

I'm furious, really really angry. Screaming pain levels can't be fixed I'm just so angry

Quadraplegia and full blown dementia can come anytime its killing me

@darrenhayes is there someway that you can let some of that anger out? my psychologist used to say i needed to find a way to be angry and let it out. that anger needed to be released (but i never had so much anger). 

I can't imagine living in extreme pain but i do know someone who lives in a great deal of pain from surviving cancer. I wish that there was a way to stop pain. Do you see anyone to help with the pain (pain management clinic? i imagine you have a lot of specialist appoinments.
