Don't know @TAB they are trying to get everyone to convert to electricity though as part of a gas substitution road map. The environmental minister was talking about the next phase of getting homes to rip out gas. 

Saw an article that there may not be enough gas supplies for winter back in March in The Age. Several years prior they said they claimed they were allready pumping gas from Sydney to Melbourne to make up for the shortfall.

We had a gas crisis in the late 1990's in Victoria and no-one had access to gas. Everyone was going into their neighbours to pay $7 to shower and cooking roasts in electric skillets because no gas

Just went back and found @TAB link to pemby house. Interesting tree in kitchen. Looks old and draughty. Does say 100 years old. Might be money pit

australia  has given all the gas to multinationals @SmilingGecko  they control it. govt paid for pipelines, gas companies wanted free transmission , govt said no, you pay, its your business. so they turn it off themselves

Worst case scenario is that the stumps are rotting and need to be replaced @Oaktree or the roof also has to be replaced

on youtube and drinking @Meowmy  was not good news re inheritance  house sold 40% below last offer which buyer changed mind on.

just looking at dirtbikes, be nice to ride all day on back roads around farms on dirt roads then once a year destroy the local golf course , make holes into berms and jumps @Bill16  lol  and dig it the F up lol ..
