How was your day? I went to this morning's service. It was on the book of Hebrews and the great foundation.

Did you do anything today?

I've been watching TV and doing a diamond painting, will do some Bible study later as well.

@ENKELI  Thanks. Yes i did get the gate repaired, on Thursday already. Glad we got that done!

Yes i understand very well what you mean. Although psychosis can also happen when badly triggered, almost all my bad episodes take place in Winter or early Spring. Although depression can strike any time of the year, any hour of the day really.

i try and make sure i get more Sun now, but i still lack there and supplement regularly to make sure i stay as balanced as possible.

Thank you for sharing your poem, Fears Hold Fast! @DownMoreThanUp  They certainly do! I can relate to the fear and of course Jesus!! I used to write and work through issues through poetry! It was always Jesus at the end! That and journalling I haven't been into for ages. Your work inspires me! Maybe I could post one of my old poems. 🤗🙃

Apricot chicken? i haven;t had that in years! The thought of fruit in savoury meals can be strange, but then again, I ate pineapple chicken for dinner! @DownMoreThanUp @heartathome

Glad you got to see your plants, they got a feed of slow release fertiliser yesterday and are enjoying it!

I have been enjoying the interaction on the forums, keeping me well, Sane really!

@tyme @DownMoreThanUp @avant-garde @Shaz51 @ENKELI I love fruit and savoury together. Try a cheese and banana toasted sandwich. So many ideas that I can't think of one! Mandarin on toast when they're in season is a favourite of mine. I know. My family think I'm crazy, too! 😂🙃
