I'm not sure if we try to unlock it or just start a new one?

Verse of the day - Proverbs 29:11. This is something I need to focus on. To take a step back and speak with love, rebuke with love and ignore emotional outbursts/lies.

 Such a pity i also really missed the support our chats. 

Coming Thursday couple counselling. Looking for reason to go, but have none, not very hopeful  things will change at the moment.👋

Been very depressed the last 7-8 days, increasingly so, struggling to want to go on at times.

@ENKELI i also really struggle with anger and hot emotions triggering. The good thing for people like us is that even 'a fool' can walk the Highway of The Lord. This has always given me lots of courage after outbursts. For i know  to dine on Christ's  loving grace teaches righteous anger, while  heaping self reproach or excusing ourselves our outbursts make things worse long term.🤗

Isaiah 35:8-10

A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray.
 No lion shall be there,
Nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it;
It shall not be found there.
But the redeemed shall walk there,
 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return,
And come to Zion with singing,
With everlasting joy on their heads.
They shall obtain joy and gladness,
And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
