just waiting for recovery group to start in few hours

showers are nice on rainy days if not getting hair too wet

Re: Poem

Hey @REDLINEZ750 I'm excited about you doing my next poem!

[edited by moderator]

Thanks for telling me about your Daily Bread! I look forward to it!

My verse for today is 2 Cor 4:18 (ICB)

So we set our eyes not on what we cannot see. What we see will last only a short time. But what we cannot see will last forever.

17 days!! That's great! Isn't it said that it takes 3 weeks to make or break a habit?

Tell me how your recovery group goes if you want. I'm interested what the topic will be. Last week's topic was about connection, in my group. I'm pretty sure I can say that.

So, you have hair! 😂

Re: Poem

Re: Poem

Good morning @REDLINEZ750  Have you got any plans for the day?

I had a whinge about an issue with another conversation and got an email for it. I didn't mention their name, but they guessed I was talking about someone on the forum. That was what was edited. Fair enough too! No whinging about other conversations! 😉

Thanks for sharing the topic of your recovery group. Identity is a huge topic! I'm glad you got something meaningful out of it!

Do you have long or short hair?

Day four for me! Same goal today

maybe I am too old for the recovery club idk. I have had better luck with quality in other online groups. Just me I guess.

Re: Poem

sounds like the person means a lot to you. he's lucky to have you thinking of him and keeping his memory alive @REDLINEZ750 sending you gentle hugs, hope you're doing goodish too 💙

Re: Poem

Oh, @REDLINEZ750 I'm sorry that you're feeling the pain of grief! I didn't pick up that you were going through anything so, thanks for sharing a part of what's been going on! I've been missing you but can understand why. Was he a relative or friend? He sounds like he was a 'naughty boy' with lots of character! It also seems like he had a tough life! I would have loved to have met him! What do the letters OCD mean in your post? I don't want to make your day any worse, so I won't ask any more questions! I'd love to know a bit more of your relationship with him, and his tales one day. No need to answer!  I love the graphics with the poem, by the way! That's really special! 💛 I imagine the graphics are a story within itself.

Me? Trouble? Never!! 😁 I've had to apologize twice on the forum now and I am trying to be good! 😆 I shall try to never presume anything out loud again, but I can't stop my mind from creating stuff up! It's quite interesting how my mind works! I pray for God's comfort, strength and peace for you, my friend! 🙏💙
