I had acupuncture this morning @Glisten . Very hungry now. Put a spud in the oven and had a slice of banana bread while I wait for spud to bake.

Acu was very nice @TAB . Go back next week. Have to get new GP referral to psychiatrist but my GP is overseas. Will have to go to other GP will charge me more money darn it.

bugger @GezzaP  I got GPreferral  for psych years ago, 1st session wasted w clerk taking notes , went to 2 more with person pretty sure was not a psych , counsellor perhaps thene didnt bother after that

oh I am bit more in control of 'conversation' these days then I let on. I push pace, take less rests well or blab like no tomorrow who knoes lol I cant even remember when went there last . going to look travel claim up b4 leave lol @StuF
