i'm feeling a bit better, slowly got a new admission to a hospital and also navigating a lot of different services

i had stopped coping at all and was processing an assault that happened to me in october and whata that means and how it feels

i'm also angry that my old dr dumped me and feel  he was fake about his interest in my care

but i'm happy to move through grief

i'm watching the mindy project again lol i wrote about it here remember telling @Appleblossom and @Oaktree about it

its a silly show about a woman in her 30s who works as an OBGYN and is looking for Mr Right. She wears such cute clothes, I was just googling them, she's an awesome woman IRL who is a writer-director-single mom herself and the tone of the show is always funny. i've had a few giggles.

It is not always easy to have a hot drink and breathe, @PeppyPatti will you be having one?
