hello

Hello,

I'm here because I'm struggling with my mental health.

Everything started more than 3 years ago when I had a good situation, with a girlfriend I have been with 11 years, good job .... But Her and I broke up, most of my team at work quit, I had a good friendly team good workers . Also some "drama' with some friends . So everything kind of broke. From then I decided to move somewhere else to rebuilt myself, find a new challenge, a new life . But nothing is going the way I would like, When I'm going to a new place everything is exiting, new job sometimes new girlfriend ... but everything stop after 6/8 months sometimes less . And on a top of that I lost my dad a year ago .

So it's draining my energy and my mental health, I'm loosing my motivation, I have some motivation for what I like but for a job I kind of giving up . I can't move all the time to a new place every 8/9 months and experiencing the same things .

Some people are encouraging me to not giving up and go 200% and everything will be good but what the point ? completely burn out ?

I don't know what to do, where to start , I'm just doing the best I can at the moment .

regards
