No need to apologize! My son just did a wobbly in the kitchen throwing things around!! Not sure what triggered him, the closest I can get to guessing is that he tried to cook dinner then remembered afterwards that I was a vegetarian. I can't work out how I'm at fault for that, but I'm at the stage now where I just deescalate by removing myself from the situation which involves in hanging out on the balcony in the cold!! Look forward to catching up when you are free...
