@tyme yes I do. I purchased it from Amazon, the one I bought is no longer available but if you search for Light Therapy Lamp you'll no doubt find them. I know it wasn't wildly expensive though.

@Captain24 just google Light Therapy Lamp, they are available in various shapes and sizes. I paid under $30 for mine

@Emelia8 yeah he is still a baby, but he already knows the basic skills and I'm working on task training with him now. He gets to come places with me already with permission obviously and he is just amazing at being focused on me.

Please don't be too excited for me but I cleaned out unit for 3 hours today. 

Yes I almost passed out from many years of inactivity. 

Tomorrow it's happening again. 

What would we do if by some weird way you fell into information about us - that one of us found the true identity of one of us ? 

Iv always wondered that.

@PeppyPatti it's funny you say that. Cos I've actually discovered a few people's identity accidentally 😂. But I follow the rules and maintain that anonymity.

@PeppyPatti I am the same as @Dreamy. Found out the identity but have not said or done anything with the information.

I understand the need for anonymity but it would be so cool if there was a special forum where people could offer their real names and email addresses so you could chat outside the forum. Or even if we could create special email addresses so that members could email us separately. 

I actually spoke to a peer support guide about this about 18 months ago and they promised to look into it, which they did. Per the guidelines anonymity is key and will remain that way. (thanks to that support person, they know who they are 😊🫂)

@ENKELI yes it would be cool. But I'm one of those people where my safety really is priority so I worry alot about my anonymity on here.

@Dreamy and that's fair enough. I'm not so concerned about my own anonymity but completely understand your need to remain anonymous.

Were I working I would probably feel the same way. My mum and brother know I am on Sane but I wouldn't want workmates to know, or certain family members.

@ENKELI the situation I'm in at the moment is that I'm close to having to have my account deleted cos my safety has been breached. I'm trying hard to find a way around it cos I don't want or need to lose this community of support as it's all I have. But I'm also sick of being stalked on here and things I post being used against me.
