Hi @utopia - sounds like everything is moving in the right direction. I'm a big fan of lists - also I have a little saying I recite in my head when things start to get out of control "what would a normal person do?". Although I am starting to wonder what normal really is. ...maybe "well grounded and rational" is a better term? Hope you have a great day, take care.

@Former-Member. I'm not a big fan of 'normal' anymore. I think I'd ask myself - what would work best for me and my mental health plan. But I like your thinking. We're on the same page
